Haggen Food & Pharmacy announced Friday that it will acquire 146 stores from Albertsons in Washington, California, Oregon, Nevada and Arizona. Haggen will acquire the Baker City Albertsons store as part of the purchase. In addition to the Baker City store, other Haggen aquisitions in Oregon include stores in Ashland, Beaverton, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Grants Pass, Keizer, Klamath Falls, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Sherwood, Springfield, Tigard and West Linn.
