Disappointed in Relay coverage

To the editor:

I was very disappointed in your article concerning Relay for Life. Your article did not mention the hard work that the businesses such as Marvin Wood Products did since April preparing for this event. They have held lunches, penny wars, bake sales, raffles, hair dying, garage sales just to mention a few. The team that collected the most money was Marvin Wood Products and they got to take the Relay for Life Banner home and keep it until next year.

Nothing was mentioned in your newspaper about the hard work that came from all the Relay for Life teams.

Very sad that this small community would not get to read this.
