Good customer service a win-win
To the editor:
I was shopping on Friday, April 11, looking to spend around $350 but did need help selecting what would work best for me. The woman at the counter looked up and the man, another employee or the owner, did not even acknowledge the fact that anyone had entered the store. I waited and browsed for around 10 minutes and since I received no help I then left. I suppose I will have to go to another town to get what I wanted.
It would be a wise move if business owners in Baker went to Ace Hardware or the Sycamore Tree and took some lessons concerning "customer service." It is a win-win deal to at least acknowledge that you "may have a live one."
Customer service makes all the difference in the world!
