Possible solution to prayer issue

To the editor:

There will always be debates on public prayer. It can be solved by having a notice published weekly in the paper, and above the Council chambers.

Chamber doors will be opened15 minutes before council comes to order.

At 10 minutes before meeting, the designated speaker will ask someone to offer a prayer in the name of our Lord for guidance in the Council's decision making.

At five minutes before Council opens for business, Pledge of Allegiance to the flag will begin.

That gives all those that are ashamed of the name of Christ time to assemble.

Council will then begin at the designated time.
