Smith ready for the job in Salem

To the editor:

I would like to encourage you to support Tim Smith as Representative for House District 60 in the Oregon Legislature.

Tim Smith is the only candidate that has the political experience "to hit the ground running" in the upcoming mini-legislative session. That political experience will be critical if the people in House District 60 are going to have a strong voice and strong representation in this legislative process.

Tim Smith has been involved in Oregon politics for many years and he has developed many useful relationships within the Legislature. Those relationships will allow him to represent the people of House District 60 better than any other candidate.

Endorsements from Vic Atiyeh, Kevin Mannix, Ron Saxton and Denny Jones clearly demonstrate that Tim is the best candidate to represent us.

Please call or email your County Commissioners prior to Jan. 22, and ask them to vote for Tim Smith.

Rick Kelley
