To the editor: Polka dots, parking lots, bicycles, sidewalks, prayers, arguments within city council members. . . is this what we citizens of Baker City are paying for? Yet you keep finding other reasons to raise water fees and property taxes, on and on. Beverly Calder should be applauded for having the guts to stand up for what she believes in and making Baker City a wonderful place to visit. My opinion and I'm sticking to it.
