Baker man can't find a flag to fly, so he makes one to drive

Roy Ritch, owner of Baker City Autobody, 2875 Broadway, wanted to fly an American flag in front of his business last week but didnt know to call the Rotary Club.
He tried to buy a flag but couldnt locate one the right size for his shop.
So being the talented and resourceful man that he is, he painted his truck to the honor of Old Glory.
Ritch said he had help from one of his employees, Coy Wilde.
It took us about six and a half hours to slap a coat of paint on the truck, Ritch said. He admits that, like the cobblers children who have no shoes, his truck had needed a paint job for about three years.
Ritch said his shop does custom work paint jobs for people in town as well as body work. Meanwhile, the red, white and blue truck stands outside his shop on Broadway.
Detroit, take note: Perhaps you should be offering this custom paint job as a 2001 option.
