Anniversaries: The Tholens

The Tholens ().

Louis and Del Tholen will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a gathering Saturday, Aug. 18 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the St. Francis de Sales parish hall basement, 2235 First St.

The Tholens were married Aug. 21, 1957, in Oakley, Kan.

Their family is hosting the anniversary party: daughter Donna and her husband Ray Bonneville; daughter Carol and her husband Rio DeGennaw; daughter Twila and her husband Don Anderson and son Donald and his wife Crystal Tholen.

The couple requests no gifts.
