Wayne and Sharla Erickson will celebrate their 35th anniversary Saturday.

The Ericksons were married Nov. 24, 1972, in Baker City.

Both are now retired. Wayne taught at Baker Middle School for 30 years, and Sharla worked at the Oregon Employment Department for 25 years.

They have two children: Jason and his wife Robin of Eugene, and Stacy of Baker City.
