Kendra Joy Winn and Timothy Robert Seymour have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The couple will be wed in an outdoor ceremony at 7:07 p.m. on July 7, 2007, at the home of George Robert and Imogene Winn near Weston.

Sam Tucker will officiate. The bridesmaids will be Julie Johnson, Caris Power and Sarah Seymour. Groomsmen will be Josh Bailey, Alex Spreier and Joe Hayes.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Preston and Arlene Winn of Weston. She is a 2003 Weston-McEwen High School graduate and a 2007 graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with a bachelor's degree in international studies and philosophy.

Seymour is the son of Robert and Livia Seymour of Haines. He is a 2004 Baker High School graduate, and will be a senior at the University of Oregon this fall, where he is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management. He is also taking classes at Lane Community College to become a paramedic.

The couple will move to Eugene after the wedding.
