Army Cpl. Grady Clark Jr. has been recognized at the brigade level for coordinating the receipt and distribution of Class VIII medical supplies.

In February, Clark received and distributed 361 pallets and 226 cold-chain management items in excess of $10 million.

Clark, a medical logistics specialist with nine years of military service, is deployed with the 551st Medical Logistics Company in Iraq.

He is the son of Jacqueline F. Mobley of Kimble Drive, Plano, Texas. His wife, Jody, is the daughter of Gary Vernholm of Baker City and Amy E. Orban of Saranac, Mich.

The corporal graduated in 1995 from H. Grady Spruce High School in Dallas, Texas.
