BURGLARY I, POSSESSION OF BURGLARY TOOLS, CRIMINAL TRESPASSING II and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF II: Jason Lynn Proffitt, 38, of Fairbanks, Alaska, 2:13 a.m. Thursday, in the 1100 block of G Street; jailed; Sgt. Mike Regan said Proffitt took gas from vehicles belonging to Debra Bennett, 43, of Baker City, and Andrew Martin, 24, and Catherine Martin, 50, both of Baker City. Andrew Martin chased Proffitt, who ran through a yard and broke a fence on property in the 1100 block of G Street, Regan said.
BURGLARY I: Dusten William Couch, 19, of 1650 17th St., 9:53 a.m. Thursday, at his home; jailed; police said Couch took a laptop computer from Bradley Ahrendt, 34, of Baker City on May 31.
