Baker played Ontario to a 1-1 tie in Special District 7 girls soccer action Thursday at Ontario.

Baker scored in the first half on a free kick by Robbie Langrell.

“Robbie scored on a free kick into the far corner of the goal,” said Baker coach DeeDee Clarke. “She had a super game.”

Ontario scored the equalizer late in the second half.

“It went back and forth,” said Clarke. “I was very proud of the way the girls played.”

Clarke said Samantha Overton played well in midfield, Mackenzie Warner at forward, and Marley Robb on defense.

No results were available for the Baker boys Greater Oregon League match at Ontario.
