Baker swimmers get five firsts

PENDLETON — Baker swimmers earned five firsts at the Pendleton Invitational high school swim meet Saturday.

Jared Miller won the boys 100 butterly (1:07.39) and 400 freestyle (4:31.41).

Makenna Bachman won the girls 50 freestyle (30.56).

Levu Mansuetti won the boys junior varsity 50 freestyle (33.06) and 50 breaststroke (44.98).

The Baker boys placed third in the team standings, and the girls fourth.

Baker hosts its own invitational meet Saturday at noon at Sam-O Swim Center.
