Bulldogs host cross country meet

Baker and La Grande battled the elements Friday afternoon during a cross country duel on Virtue Flat. Baker’s Trevor Freese won the boys race in a time of 19:43. Felicia Schnieder was the top Baker girls finisher, placing third with a 26:57 clocking. The meet was put together at the last minute after neither school had a race scheduled. Baker has two meets scheduled this week, Thursday at Ontario and Saturday at La Grande.
