Baker kickers lose to Mac-Hi

Mac-Hi swept Baker in a pair of girls and boys soccer matches Thursday at Milton-Freewater.

Mac-Hi nipped the Baker girls 2-1 in a Special District 7 match. The third-ranked Pioneers stopped Baker 10-0 in a Greater Oregon League boys match.


Baker volleyball team tops La Grande

Baker continued its march through the Greater Oregon League volleyball wars Thursday with a 25-23, 26-24, 25-16 victory at La Grande.

The win improves Baker’s GOL record to 5-0.


Bulldogs stop Lethbridge

Baker’s Homecoming football game Friday at Bulldog Memorial Stadium had the look of David versus Goliath.

Wallowa tops Spartans
