By Jayson Jacoby, The Baker City Herald

The Baker County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in finding a Hereford man who's been missing since Saturday, Nov. 10.

Nelson Gene Foster, 65, was last seen about 10:30 a.m. that day in Hereford, when he left his home intending to hitchhike to Baker City.

Nelson, who has family in Idaho as well as Hereford, did not have a large amount of money with him, according to a press release from Baker County Sheriff Mitch Southwick.

Foster is 6 feet tall and weighs about 148 pounds. He was last seen wearing brown coveralls and camouflage boots, jacket and hat.

Anyone with information about Nelson should call the Sheriff's Office at 541-523-6415.
