Baker's girls golf team placed second at the La Grande Invitational Tuesday at the La Grande Country Club.
Baker finished with a score of 407, trailing only Ontario's 371.
"We see what we have to beat now," said Baker coach Scott Warner.
"The girls played pretty good. We just have to get our scores down. We need to have four girls in double figures. But it's still early in the season."
Kindra Smith was Baker's low scorer with a 93. Tayler Wood shota 99, Hallie Borgen 102, Morgan Ward 113, and Maggie Harlow 114.
Baker JV scorers were Mackenzie Warner 106, Emily Smith 139, and Aly Ogan 159.
Ontario's Megan Schram and Enterprise's Heather Bruce tied for medalits honors with an 84.
Baker travels to Pendleton Friday for the Pendleton Invitational.
