Baker defended its Greater Oregon League district boys tennis championship Friday at Vale.
The Bulldogs, winners of the past three district boys titles, finished with 19.5 points, 7.5 more than second-place Ontario.
In winning the team title, Baker came away with one individual district champion, one runnerup and one third-place winner.
Lukas Huggins won the boys district singles championship.
In the semifinals, Huggins defeated teammate Jesse Burk 6-1, 6-1 to advance to the title match.
In that match, Huggins rolled 6-1, 6-0.
Burk dropped into the match for third place, winning 6-2, 6-2.
Baker's doubles team of Isaac Mansuetti and Mathew Barned place second at district.
Mansuetti and Barnes defeated the No. 2-seeded pair from Nyssa 6-4, 6-4 in the semis.
In the finale, the Baker duo fell 6-0, 6-1 to a team from Vale.
The Baker quarter now advances to the Class 4A/3A/2A/1A state tournament Friday and Saturday at the University of Oregon at Eugene.
Action begins Friday at 8 a.m. The championships are scheduled for Saturday afternoon.
