Katy Cosby and Ryan Davilla have announced their engagement, and plan to wed July 25, 2009, in Keating.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lance and Kadie Cosby of Baker City and Jennifer and Bruce Zoon of Victor, Colo.

Davilla is the son of Larry Davilla of Baker City and Jackie and Kerry Brock of Marcus, Wash.

Both are graduates of Baker High School and plan to continue living close to family.
