VIOLATION OF RELEASE AGREEMENT (Baker County warrant): Matthew Wayne Doud, 24, of Baker City, 10:41 p.m. Monday, in the 2200 block of Campbell Street; jailed and later released.
On Highway 7, about 25 miles southwest of Baker City at 9:55 a.m. Sunday; a 2001 Dodge pickup truck driven by Memorey Saunders-Tardy, 44, of 134 Bridge St., hit slush, went off the road and rolled onto its side. Sheriff Travis Ash said Saunders-Tardy sustained minor injuries. She was taken by ambulance to St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Baker City where she was treated and released.
