MENACING and POINTING A FIREARM AT ANOTHER: David Alan Fugit, 60, of 2433 First St., Apartment 6, 12:02 p.m., Monday in the 2400 block of First Street; jailed and later released. Police Chief Wyn Lohner said Fugit pointed a .45-caliber semi-automatic handgun at his neighbor, Roy Fontenot, 39, of Baker City, during the course of a dispute between the two neighbors.

PROBATION VIOLATION: John Gordan Hanna, 51, of 2100 Court Ave., Apartment 2,12:57 p.m. Tuesday, at Church and Fourth streets; jailed.
