SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Adam Christopher Herman, 42, 2235 Carter St., 6:44 a.m. Thursday at his home; jailed.

THEFT III (Two counts): Edward Allen Braswell, 42, of Baker City, Wednesday night, in Baker City; jailed. Police Chief Wyn Lohner said Braswell took two cans of beer and two packages of cereal from the Maverik Store at 1520 Campbell St. and two burritos, jerky and a box of wine from Jackson’s Food Mart at 500 Campbell St. in two separate incidents between 8:45 a.m. Wednesday and 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING (Baker County Justice Court warrant): Austin Lakota Reese, 22, of 2705 Cedar St., 1:32 a.m. Wednesday, at Clark and Madison streets, cited and released.

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING I, RESISTING ARREST and ASSAULTING A PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER: Trishila Lynne Ladd, 34, of Union County, 3:29 p.m. Wednesday, at 10th and Campbell streets. Police Chief Wyn Lohner said Ladd was walking on the railroad tracks and refused Officer Ben Wray’s order to get off the tracks and then resisted arrest and assaulted Wray, who sustained minor injuries. Lohner said Ladd was taken to St. Alphonsus Medical Center with a cut to her arm. She was under the influence of intoxicants, Lohner said. She was cited and released to the hospital for treatment. Lohner said he expects that Ladd will be lodged at the Baker County Jail after she appears in court.

POST-PRISON SUPERVISION VIOLATION (Oregon Parole Board Warrant): Dyllan Jacoby Simonis 26,of 18383 Griffin Gulch Lane, 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, at the sheriff’s office; jailed.
