Dr. William F. “Bill” Heizer: 86, of Baker City, died Oct. 2, 2017, at Settler’s Park in Baker City. His memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at Coles Tribute Center, 1950 Place St. Pastor Dan Martin of McEwen Bible Fellowship near Sumpter will officiate. N. Maxine Stockhoff: 93, of Union,died Oct. 2, 2017, at her home. Her graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 9, at Grandview Cemetery in La Grande. Her memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. Monday at the First Presbyterian Church at 1308 Washington Ave. in La Grande.
