DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS: James Jeremie Henley, 39, of Olympia, Washington, 12:16 a.m. Tuesday, on Interstate 84 at Baker City; jailed and later released; police said Henley also was held on a Multnomah County warrant related to a previous DUII charge.
FUGITIVE FROM OTHER STATE (Washington Department of Justice warrant): Ronald Eugene Botkin, 55, of Mount Vernon, Washington, 3:20 p.m. Friday, at Hughes Lane and Ninth Street; jailed.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE: Robert William Fredrickson, 23, of Las Vegas, Nevada, 9:22 a.m. Jan. 31, on Interstate 84 near Durkee; jailed and later released. The vehicle was recovered. It was reported stolen by Rebekah Babin Fredrickson, 50, and Robert Fredrickson, 61, of Las Vegas, the police log stated.
PAROLE and PROBATION DETAINER: Roderick Joseph Gagnon, 40, of Baker City, 4:58 p.m. Jan. 31, on Interstate 84, about five miles north of Baker City; jailed.
