UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE and THEFT III: A 14-year-old Baker City boy, 1:01 a.m. today; cited and transported to the juvenile detention center at The Dalles; police said the boy is accused of taking a Dodge Magnum utility vehicle from a Baker City residence and taking a bottle of tea valued at $1.20 from Jackson’s Food Store at 500 Campbell St.
