POST-PRISON SUPERVISIONVIOLATION (Parole and Probation detainer): Jacob Grammon, 22, of 440 Foothill Drive, Friday on Griffin Gulch Road south of Baker City about a mile and a half off Highway 7. Lt. Jef Van Arsdall said Grammon was taken into custody after investigation of a crash in which alcohol and other substances are suspected to have been contributing factors. Grammon sustained a cut to his arm. His passenger, Alisha Gagnon, 20, of Boise, sustained more serious injuries, Van Arsdall said. She was taken by Baker City ambulance to St. Alphonsus Medical Center and later flown by air ambulance to a Boise hospital. No other information about her condition was available in time for this report.

VIOLATION OF TRAVEL MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT: Ilya Ilich Budey, 38, of Boring and Georgiy Ilich Buzhduga, 55, of Gresham; both were cited and released on Oct. 27. Sgt. Isaac Cyr of the OSP Fish and Wildlife Division stated on the OSP media log that on Oct. 25 the two had used a utility terrain vehicle to remove two bull elk harvested in the Lake Fork Travel Management Area, which is walk-in access only.
