NO OPERATOR’S LICENSE: Faith E. Frocktremlett, 18, of Oxbow, 5:36 a.m. June 17, on Highway 86 near Halfway; cited and released; police said the citation was issued after investigation of a single-vehicle rollover. The driver reportedly lost cost control while negotiating a curve. Police said Frocktremlett’s Subaru Legacy went off the right shoulder of the road, rolled at least once and came to rest on its top in the ditch.
