FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, POSSESSION and DELIVERY OF COCAINE: Enrique Olmos, 40, of Walla Walla, Washington, 1:50 p.m. Thursday, on Interstate 84, about 15 miles north of Baker City; jailed.

DRIVING WHILE OPERATOR’S LICENSE SUSPENDED and DRIVING UNINSURED: Gregory Alan Morris, 58, of Bend, 4:23 a.m. July 3, on Highway 7, about 5 miles east of Sumpter; cited and released; police said the citation was issued after investigation of a rollover crash in which Morris lost control of his vehicle, rolled at least once and come to rest blocking the northbound lane.
