CRIMINAL MISCHIEF II, DISORDERLY CONDUCT II and HARASSMENT (two counts): Ryan Alexander Bravo, 31, of Richland, Washington, 6:32 p.m. Wednesday, in the 1400 block of Campbell Street; jailed; police said Bravo damaged a sign at the Wheatland Insurance Center office on Campbell Street and scuffled with officers who responded to the scene to arrest him.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT II and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF III: Dale Steven Barnard, 34, of Spokane, Washington, 12:59 a.m. Thursday, at the Courthouse; police said Barnard vandalized a cigarette disposal container and spilled its contents on the Courthouse grounds and reportedly was yelling and screaming during the episode.

POST-PRISON SUPERVISION VIOLATION and FAILURE TO APPEAR (Union County warrants): Tyson James Burningham, 35, of 1336 Dewey Ave., 2:17 p.m. Thursday, at the Baker County Jail where he was being held on a warrant charging him with drug crimes; Burningham was granted a conditional release on the Baker County charges and transported to Union County on charges contained in the new warrants, according to the jail staff.

Thursday, Feb. 21, 1:20 a.m. — Fire Chief John Clark said firefighters were called to the 1200 block of Broadway to investigate a suspicious fire in a 16-foot cargo trailer parked on the street. The trailer had been stolen earlier and then had been parked on the street for about 24 hours before it burned, Clark said. The trailer was fully involved in the blaze when firefighters arrived. A generator that had been stored in the trailer was stolen before the fire started,Clark said. Other contents were destroyed in the fire and the trailer was heavily damaged. Police are investigating.
