FAILURE TO DRIVE WITHIN LANE: Jesus Gutierrez-Rodriguez, 27, of Montemorelos, Mexico, 11:59 a.m. Friday, on Interstate 84 about 5 miles north of Huntington; cited and released; police said Gutierrez-Rodriguez, a commercial truck driver, took a corner too fast and rolled the truck. The semi slid off the road and came to rest off the shoulder of the freeway. The driver was not injured. The truck was towed from the crash site.
