Jacob Daniel Woolard: 30, of Anchorage, Alaska, and formerly of Baker City, died Jan. 28, 2020, of natural causes at Anchorage. A celebration of his life is being planned for early April. The time and place will be announced later.

FIRST-DEGREE BURGLARY and SECOND-DEGREE THEFT: Scottie Wade Culley, 28, of 1791 Valley Ave., No. 1, 9:30 p.m. Sunday, in the 1700 block of Valley Avenue; jailed; police said Culley entered the residence of Nichols Lark, 36, of Baker City and removed a laptop computer valued at $500.

IDENTITY THEFT, COMPUTER CRIME, SECOND-DEGREE THEFT and FRAUD: Mariah Diane Aldrich, 28, of Baker City, 6 a.m. Friday in the 2200 block of 10th Street; jailed and later released; police said Aldrich is accused of taking an electronic benefits transfer card belonging to Moriah Smith, 28, of Baker City and using it for multiple transactions.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS: Christopher P. Yzquierdo, 30, of Weiser, Idaho, 7:41 p.m. Saturday, at Wingville and Pocahontas roads; jailed and later released on bail; the arrest was made after a Sheriff’s deputy investigated a motor vehicle crash.
