SECOND-DEGREE THEFT: Julie Lynn Richards, 69, of 41546 Washington Gulch Road, about 2:10 p.m. Jan. 7; cited and released; Richards is accused of taking more than $151 worth of products from the Baker Food Co-op, 2008 Broadway, between Dec. 30 and Jan. 4, according to police records; Richards was booked and released at the Baker County Jail on Jan. 21 after appearing in Baker County Circuit Court on the charge.
