DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Bryan Joseph Karolski, 32, of 2245 15th St., 8:31 a.m. Monday at St. Alphonsus Medical Center; jailed and later released. Police Chief Dustin Newman said Karolski made a threatening statement about “blowing up” the hospital because he was dissatisfied with the service a family member was receiving. Karolski had left the building when police arrived and was arrested outside the hospital and taken to the jail.
