Steve Feiling: 65, of Baker City, died Aug. 8, 2019. He passed peacefully in his home, surrounded by his wife, Jan, and his daughters, Stephanie and Hailie. Coles Tribute Center, 1950 Place St. in Baker City, is in charge of arrangements.

FAILURE TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF A DRIVER INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT: Dylan M. Richmond, 21, of Baker City, 11:01 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9, on Highway 30, at milepost 36; jailed and later released. OSP Sr. Trooper Andrew McClay was called to a report of a single-vehicle crash into a wheat field. McClay stated in an OSP media report that the car went off the road and damaged an irrigation sprinkler in an uncut wheat field. Richmond left the crash scene. McLay later found him at his home. The vehicle belonged to Mistie Brinton, 43, of Baker City. Richmond had no valid driver’s license, the report stated. Roadrunner towed the car.
