Baker’s Brianna Stadler set a meet record in the 100 butterfly Saturday at the La Grande Invitational.

LA GRANDE — Baker’s Brianna Stadler won two races, setting meet records in both, and helped lead the Bulldogs to a third-place finish in the La Grande Invitational Saturday. The Baker boys also finished third in the team standings.

Stadler, a sophomore, won the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke events. She set a state record in the latter event at the state meet last February.

Her time of 1:00.86 at La Grande set a meet record.

Stadler also broke the meet record with her time of 1:00.55 in the 100 butterfly.

Baker’s Salena Bott finished 2nd in the 10 breaststroke.

On the boys side, Baker’s Jacob Miller was 2nd in the 100 breaststroke.
