After winning the Greater Oregon League volleyball title this fall, it’s hardly surprising that the Baker Bulldogs also were well-represented on the league’s honors list.

Junior setter Jozie Ramos was selected as the GOL player of the year.

Baker coach Ali Abrego was named coach of the year after leading the Bulldogs to a 16-7 record and a playoff run that ended with a loss to Philomath in the quarterfinal round on Nov. 2 in the Baker gym.

Joining Ramos on the first team are:

• Senior Lacy Churchfield, outside hitter

• Junior Rylee Elms, middle hitter

Three Bulldogs earned second-team honors:

• Junior Macey Moore, setter

• Junior Makenzie Flanagan, right side

• Junior Taylor Dalton, defensive specialist
